The reserve stirs early. Head out before sunrise, return for breakfast and keep the middle of the day open for the lodge and pool. With a private vehicle, the ranger can shape each drive around sightings, conditions and the family’s pace.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Kwandwe Private Game Reserve
Wildlife becomes more vivid when children can read the clues around it. Drives may follow tracks, behaviour and conservation stories; walks or specialist activities remain subject to age, weather, availability and the guide’s judgement.

Kwandwe Private Game Reserve
By the fourth night, tracks, calls and the faces of the safari team begin to feel familiar. Take the day’s included drives with your private ranger and tracker, following the wildlife story as it unfolds across the reserve without any sighting being guaranteed.
